Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy as required by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act of 1999.

CPAs like all providers of personal financial services, are required by law to inform their clients of their policies regarding privacy of client information. CPAs have been and continue to be bound by professional standards of confidentiality that are even more stringent than those required by law.

We collect nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources:

  • Information we receive from you on applications, tax organizers, worksheets and other documents;
  • Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates, or others;
  • Information we receive from a consumer-reporting agency.

We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our clients or former clients to anyone, except as required or permitted by law.

We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those members of our firm who need to know that information to provide services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information. Permitted disclosures include, for instance, providing information to our employees and to unrelated third parties who need to know that information to assist us in providing services to you.

Online information is stored on secure servers located in SAS-70 certified datacenters.

If you have any questions about this policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.
